Job summary

DNV, a global leader in assurance and risk management, seeks an HR IT specialist to manage and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud-based HR applications within GSS IT. You will handle HDL/HDSL data uploads, integrations, and 2nd level support for the HR system landscape.

You will engage in HR IT projects, coordinate with HR and IT teams globally, and help extend the Oracle HCM Cloud modules across the organization. Strong SQL, API, and integration skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data extraction and HDL/HDSL uploads.
• Experience configuring, developing and maintaining HR applications (Oracle HCM Cloud).
• Knowledge of HR-IT solutions, especially Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes.
• Experience in integrations, data exchange and payroll data integrations (HCM Extracts).
• Experience with API calls (REST/JSON) and tooling (Eclipse, SoapUI/Postman).
• Experience in standard IT support processes including ticket handling.
• Self-driven with ownership mindset and ability to deliver to deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive and organized.
• Team-oriented with good networking across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support and enhance DNV HR applications and access IT projects related to HR processes.
• Participate in IT initiatives to extend Oracle HCM Cloud modules globally.
• Perform 2nd level application support for HR environments, including analysis and configuration.
• Coordinate with vendors and users to ensure delivery alignment.
• Contribute to release management through testing and documentation.
• Provide advisory services to HR on enhancements and future IT solutions.
• Implement configuration changes based on new requirements.
• Engage in HR IT projects and system integration activities.
