Job summary

DNV is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to support, maintain and enhance the global HR application landscape. You will work with HR, IT and partners to align business requirements with Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities and the broader HR IT landscape.

You will focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and hands-on Fusion HCM across processes, providing configuration, integrations and ongoing operational support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).
• Strong functional and technical consulting skills in HR systems.
• Experience configuring, integrating and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable, reliable and well-performing Oracle Fusion HCM applications and services.
• Provide functional and technical application support, including analysis and resolution of complex issues.
• Configure, maintain and improve Oracle Fusion HCM functionality based on business requirements.
• Analyze HR requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and internal/external systems.
• Work with HDL, SQL and related Oracle HCM technologies for integrations and data management.
• Coordinate with Oracle and vendors on incidents, issues and enhancements.
• Communicate with HR users and IT teams across the organization.
• Provide advisory support on capabilities and future development of HR processes and IT solutions.
• Execute configuration enhancements and technical changes as business requirements evolve.
• Contribute to release management and regression testing for Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Participate in HR technology projects, implementations and improvements.
• Ensure alignment within GSS IT and DNV HR technology landscape.
• Maintain functional/technical documentation and share knowledge within the HR Applications team.

Job description

The focus of this role will be to support, maintain and continuously enhance DNV’s global HR application landscape and participate in GSS IT projects and initiatives related to HR processes.

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, you will work closely with the HR community, IT teams and external partners, ensuring alignment between business requirements, application capabilities and the overall DNV system landscape.

DNV utilizes Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud across several HR processes, together with related PaaS services and other integrated HR solutions. For this position, we are particularly looking for strong experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), combined with broader hands‑on experience across Oracle Fusion HCM.

The position combines application management, functional and technical consulting, configuration, integrations, operational support and continuous improvement. As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, you will:

• Ensure stable, reliable and well‑performing Oracle Fusion HCM applications and services.
• Provide functional and technical application support, including analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of complex application issues.
• Configure, maintain and continuously improve Oracle Fusion HCM functionality based on business requirements.
• Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into appropriate functional and technical solutions.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other internal and external systems.
• Work with REST APIs, HCM Data Loader (HDL), SQL and other relevant Oracle HCM technologies for integrations, data management, troubleshooting and application maintenance.
• Coordinate with Oracle and other vendors on incidents, product issues, enhancements and technical topics.
• Communicate and collaborate with HR users, stakeholders and other IT teams across the organization.
• Provide consulting to the HR business regarding application capabilities, enhancements and future development of HR processes and IT solutions.
• Execute and manage configuration enhancements and technical changes based on new or evolving business requirements.
• Contribute to Oracle Fusion HCM release management, including impact assessment, regression testing and review of relevant release documentation.
• Participate in HR technology projects, implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of solutions and services within the broader GSS IT application environment and DNV system landscape.
• Maintain appropriate functional and technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the HR Applications team.
