Job summary

DNV Group is seeking an HR systems support specialist to be the first point of contact for employees, managers and HR users seeking assistance with Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems.

You will resolve day-to-day requests, guide users, protect data quality and ensure that more complex issues reach the right specialist team, contributing to smooth HR operations and continuous system improvements.

Qualifications

• Respond to user requests for Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR processes.
• Provide guidance to employees, managers and HR users on system usage and processes.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to specialist teams with complete information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests concerning Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR processes.
• Investigate and resolve common access, data, transaction and reporting issues.
• Guide employees, managers and HR users in using the system and following the correct process.
• Record actions clearly, keep users informed and meet agreed service levels.
• Recognize issues that require specialist support and escalate them with complete, accurate information.
• Create and improve user guidance, knowledge articles and standard support practices.
• Support testing and user communication for system updates and process changes.
