Job summary

DNV's HR Applications team is seeking two Lead roles to strengthen leadership of the global HR tech landscape. You will combine people leadership with hands-on support of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and related HR applications.

You will work with HR, IT, vendors and external partners to deliver reliable services, drive enhancements, and shape the future of HR technology at DNV.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching a team in an international environment.

About The Role

DNV's HR Applications team manages and supports the global technology landscape behind our HR processes. Our portfolio includes Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and a range of other HR applications, supporting employees, managers and HR communities across DNV. The team is responsible for keeping these solutions stable and effective while continuously improving and developing the HR technology landscape.

We are looking for two Oracle Fusion HCM & HR Applications Support Leads to strengthen the leadership of our global HR Applications organization. The roles will lead two complementary functional streams: HR Foundation (Core HR) and Talent & Experience.

These are hands-on leadership roles combining people leadership, service ownership and strong functional and technical involvement. As a Lead, you will stay close to the technology and day-to-day operations, supporting the team on complex topics while helping drive improvements and further development of our HR solutions.

The two Leads will work closely together across the HR application landscape, collaborating with HR stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure reliable services and an effective end-to-end experience. The environment includes operational support, application enhancements and HR technology projects, providing the opportunity to influence both how we operate today and how our HR technology landscape develops going forward.

About You

We are looking for Leads who combine strong technical credibility with a genuine passion for people development. You will be expected not only to provide technical direction and support on complex topics, but also to coach, challenge and empower team members to grow their expertise and take greater ownership.

• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and/or other enterprise HR applications.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and how they are supported by technology.
• Functional and technical expertise in one or more areas within HR Foundation (Core HR) or Talent & Experience.
• Experience with application support, configuration, integrations, enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Ability to remain hands-on and provide technical leadership and guidance on complex functional, technical and operational topics.
• Strong service ownership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, IT, vendors and other teams.
• Experience managing priorities, operational delivery and competing demands in a global environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Broader experience across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules and other HR applications will be considered a strong advantage.
