Fortive seeks an Oracle HCM analytics professional to join our global ERP team in Wroclaw. The role focuses on techno-functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules, configurations, and integrations to support business processes.

You will collaborate with SMEs and business users to gather requirements, draft specifications, and ensure compliant, scalable system solutions while operating in an Agile environment.

Formación

• At least 4+ years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience
• Bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years technology/industry experience
• Experience with Oracle tools: Approval Workflows, VBS Studio, Sandbox, HCM Design Studio, Flexfields, Fast Formulas, HDL, CWB patches
• Strong technical skills in HCM system extracts, API connectors, reporting & analytics, developing system solutions and documentation standards
• Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and processes across modules- Global HR, Compensation, Talent Management
• Strong collaboration with SMEs and business users to drive business analysis/user requirements
• Strong negotiation with business users to defend systems capabilities
• Willingness to learn new applications and tools to support business model
• Demonstrated experience in Agile environments with testing concepts
• Knowledge of Redwood and Oracle AI concepts

• At least 4 or more years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience required, preferably for a large global company as an analyst.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 or more years of technology or industry experience required
• Experience with Oracle technologies like Approval Workflows, VBS Studio, Sandbox, HCM Design studio, Flexfields, Fast Formulas, HDL, Quarterly updates, CWB patches etc.
• Strong technical skills in HCM System extracts, API Connectors, Reporting & analytics, developing system solutions and documentation standards.
• Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and processes across modules- Global HR, Compensation, Talent Management etc.
• Strong collaboration skills while working with SMEs, and business users/ stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements.
• Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop requirements and defend systems capabilities. Preferred Qualifications:
• Willingness to learn new applications and tools to support business model.
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.
• Knowledge of Redwood and Oracle AI concepts.
