DNV Group is seeking an HR IT professional to manage, support and enhance HR applications across the global HR landscape. You will work with Oracle HCM Cloud and Seertech's iLearning Plus, delivering reliable operations and strategic improvements.

You will partner with HR communities and the GSS IT Global Application Services to ensure alignment, performance and successful delivery of HR processes; hybrid work model in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing/supporting HR applications.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud and HR IT processes.
• Ability to coordinate with HR communities and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Ensure HR applications & services are stable and well performing.
• Provide 2nd level functional and technical support for the DNV HR environment including analysis, configuration, vendor alignment, and user communication.
• Align deliveries and services within the GSS IT Global Application Services environment.
• Contribute to HCM release management through regression testing and documentation.
• Provide consulting for HR process and IT-solution enhancements.
• Execute and manage configuration enhancements and technical changes based on new requirements.
• Participate in HR projects related to applications and IT systems.

The focus for this role will be to manage, support and enhance the DNV HR applications and participate in GSS IT projects related to HR processes ensuring alignment and co-operation with the HR community and the DNV overall system landscape.

DNV is utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud platform including different PaaS services and Seertech's iLearning Plus as a global HR system. There are large opportunities and possibilities to participate both in the operation and initiatives implementing further modules. Main tasks include:

• Ensure stable and well performing HR applications & services.


• Responsible for executing functional and technical 2nd level application support for the DNV HR application environment which includes:

• Ensure alignment of deliveries and services within the GSS IT Global Application Services environment.


• Contribute to HCM release management by regression testing and monitoring the relevant documentations and community platforms.


• Provide consulting services to the HR Business in terms of enhancements / future developments of process- and IT-solutions.


• Execute and manage configuration enhancements and technical changes based on new requirements.


• Participate in projects related to our HR applications and IT systems.
