Job summary

SoftwareHut Limited Liability Company is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to support the development and maintenance of HR solutions based on Oracle technologies. The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and strong communication in English.

You will configure, administer, and integrate Oracle Cloud HCM modules, collaborate with business and technical teams, and ensure security and proper configuration within Oracle Cloud HCM Security.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Security.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM products.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Fluent English skills (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
