Job summary

DNV is seeking an HR Systems Support professional in Gdynia to be the first point of contact for employees, managers and HR users using Oracle HCM Cloud. You will resolve day-to-day requests, guide users, protect data quality and ensure complex issues reach the right specialist team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, HR operations, shared services or a service desk environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and accurate employee data.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud or other HR systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to prioritize requests and work within defined procedures.

About The Role

You will be the first point of contact for employees, managers and HR users seeking support with Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems. You will resolve day-to-day requests, guide users, protect data quality and ensure that more complex issues reach the right specialist team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests concerning Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR processes.
• Investigate and resolve common access, data, transaction and reporting issues.
• Guide employees, managers and HR users in using the system and following the correct process.
• Record actions clearly, keep users informed and meet agreed service levels.
• Recognize issues that require specialist support and recognize them with complete, accurate information.
• Create and improve user guidance, knowledge articles and standard support practices.
• Support testing and user communication for system updates and process changes.

About You

• Experience in customer support, HR operations, shared services or a service desk environment.
• Good understanding of HR processes and the importance of accurate employee data.
• Confidence using business applications; experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or another HR system is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to prioritize requests, take ownership and work within defined procedures.
• Collaborative, service-oriented and comfortable working with colleagues across functions and countries.

Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules will be considered a strong advantage.
