Job description

We’re Nailed It! Games, a tech-driven iGaming studio creating online slot games! We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our 27-person team and help us keep important day-to-day company matters running smoothly — from recruitment and benefits to office operations, company events, business trips and social media. On a daily basis, you’ll work closely with our Founders and Studio Manager, helping keep day-to-day company matters organised and moving forward.

Most of our processes are already in place and working well, so you won’t be expected to build things from scratch. Your role will be to learn how we work, take ownership of the ongoing operational tasks and make sure things get done. During your onboarding, you’ll work closely with our People Partner, who will help you get familiar with our processes and the company.

Your Tasks
  • Act as the go-to person for day-to-day office and operational matters
  • Independently manage approximately 2–3 recruitment processes per year end-to-end, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and supporting the onboarding process
  • Manage administration of employee benefits and stay in touch with benefit providers
  • Coordinate occupational health examinations and Health & Safety training, and maintain the related documentation in cooperation with our external HR administration provider
  • Manage the flow of office-related documents, deliveries and orders
  • Organise company events, team gatherings and employer branding initiatives
  • Coordinate company merchandise and other branded materials
  • Organise business trips, including travel and accommodation bookings
  • Coordinate vendor-related documents and invoices and pass them on to Finance for processing
  • Prepare and coordinate content for our company social media channels (easy! We already have prompts for that )
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing activities
Must-Haves
  • Proactive, hands-on approach — you notice what needs to be done and take care of it
  • Previous experience in independently managing recruitment processes (preferably for IT roles)
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to work independently and confidence in switching between different topics and priorities throughout the day
  • Polish at C2 level and very good command of English, allowing you to communicate comfortably
  • Availability to work regularly from our Kraków office (Dekerta 24)
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, AI tools
  • Experience in a startup, tech company or other fast-moving environment would be a plus
Working Model
  • Employment contract
  • Part-time role: 20h/week
  • Primarily office-based
  • Preferred schedule: approximately 5 hours per day, 4 days a week (at least for the first 6 months)
  • Occasional remote work — up to 24 days per calendar year, in line with Polish Labour Code regulation
Our Offer
  • 3 500 – 4 500 PLN gross/month on an employment contract (0.5 FTE)
  • Annual company bonus — you’ll be eligible for the 2027 profit share bonus program
  • Flexible working hours — you can start anytime between 8:00 and 11:00
  • Operating system of your choice and all the tools you need to do your job
  • Private healthcare and a Multisport card/Multicafeteria — fully covered by us
  • Wednesday breakfasts and game launch celebrations

Thank you for your interest in joining Nailed It! Games. We appreciate every application and will contact selected candidates whose experience and qualifications best match the requirements of the role.
