• Bachelor’s degree — required.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in project management.
• PMP or equivalent certification — preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering Department.
• Good knowledge of SMT and Selective Soldering production.

Responsibilities

• Define concise goals and objectives within a project framework.
• Gather and translate requirements for execution.
• Lead low complexity projects within scope, time, and cost.
• Provide weekly project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage relationships with internal/external clients.
• Develop and own the project plan with milestones and clear deliverables.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and company policies.
