Job summary

Jabil Kwidzyn is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for engineering, technical and operational roles at the Kwidzyn site. The role combines high-volume recruiting with stakeholder management and Early Talent activities.

You will partner with Hiring Managers, HR and leadership to prioritize talent needs, while driving sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus.
• Fluency in both Polish and English is essential.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-moving setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, engineering, technical and operational roles across the Kwidzyn site.
• Manage a dynamic requisition portfolio – our team filled over 300 requisitions in the past year.
• Support large-scale Direct Labor ramps and cooperate with recruitment agencies to meet production demand.
• Recruit across Engineering, Quality, Test, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other support functions.
• Drive sourcing activities through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools and targeted campaigns.
• Represent Jabil at recruitment events and support employer branding activities.
• Contribute to TA projects and process improvements while ensuring compliant data.
