Job summary

Jabil Kwidzyn is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Kwidzyn. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical and operational roles, including large-scale Direct Labor ramps.

The role requires fluency in Polish and English, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive sourcing campaigns across multiple functions. The position offers an on-site role with a hybrid model and growth opportunities within Jabil.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-moving setting.
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, engineering, technical and operational roles at the Kwidzyn site.
• Handle a dynamic requisition portfolio; supported 300+ requisitions in the past year.
• Support large-scale Direct Labor ramps and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
• Recruit across Engineering, Quality, Test, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions.
• Meet KPI targets: time-to-accept, pipeline health, offer acceptance, hiring delivery.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR and leaders to define priorities and provide market insights.
• Drive sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools and campaigns.
• Support Early Talent programs: internships, school/university partnerships, career fairs, visits.
• Represent Jabil at events and support local employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Contribute to TA projects and ensure compliant recruitment data.
