Job summary

IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join a top client in Warsaw, Poland. You will manage detailed project plans in a manufacturing setting, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams from planning to go-live and drive governance and PMO adherence. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's (MBA preferred) and at least four years in manufacturing project management, with proficiency in PM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum four years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with PM software and MS Office.
• Experience leading cross-functional, inter-site teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments, preferably in medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed project plans, oversee execution, and coordinate with business leaders and project teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to PMO methodology.
• Track and report project performance, risks, and issues through dashboards and reports.
• Support change management activities and collaborate with various departments to meet organizational objectives.
