Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Warszawa is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Line Haul operations and supervise staff, ensuring timely loading and unloading of shipments. You will ensure accurate sorting of courier routes and handle damaged shipments per procedures.

You will report on equipment condition and collaborate across departments to boost efficiency. Requires 2+ years in a warehouse/courier role, Polish language skills, MS Office, and knowledge of Health & Safety rules.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or courier setting.
• Polish language skills required.
• Strong delegation, planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Protection (PPOŻ).
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure timely loading/unloading of Line Haul operations.

Job description

Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring efficient, timely loading and unloading of Line Haul operations at the Depot;

Ensuring accurate and timely sorting of shipments assigned to courier routes;

Handling damaged shipments in accordance with applicable procedures and safety regulations;

Reporting on the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity;

Actively cooperating and communicating with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.

This is the right job for you if:

Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company;

• Have communicative Polish skills;

Possess strong task delegation, planning, and organizational skills;

Are proficient in MS Office;

Are familiar with Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Protection (PPOŻ) regulations;

Stand out with strong communication skills and enjoy working with others;

Are capable of making independent and quick decisions;

Demonstrate high personal culture and professionalism;

Are open to shift work (including night shifts).
