Job summary

Allegro Ltd. poszukuje osoby na stanowisko nadzorowania pracowników magazynowych przy operacjach Line Haul i sortowania przesyłek.

Zadania obejmują nadzór nad załadunkiem/rozładunkiem, sortowanie przesyłek, raportowanie stanu sprzętu oraz współpracę z innymi działami w celu utrzymania płynności procesów. Wymagane minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w magazynie lub firmie kurierskiej oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole.

Qualifications

• Co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w magazynie lub firmie kurierskiej.
• Posiadanie komunikatywnych umiejętności po polsku.
• Silne umiejętności delegowania zadań, planowania i organizacji.
• Znajomość MS Office.
• Pracodawca zna przepisy BHP i PPOŻ.

Responsibilities

• Nadzorowanie personelu magazynowego i zapewnienie terminowego załadunku/rozładunku.
• Sortowanie wysyłek zgodnie z trasami kurierów.
• Obsługa uszkodzonych przesyłek zgodnie z procedurami BHP/PPOŻ.
• Raportowanie stanu technicznego sortera i innych urządzeń magazynowych.
• Współpraca z innymi działami w celu poprawy efektywności.

Job description

Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring efficient, timely loading and unloading of Line Haul operations at the Depot;

Ensuring accurate and timely sorting of shipments assigned to courier routes;

Handling damaged shipments in accordance with applicable procedures and safety regulations;

Reporting on the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity;

Actively cooperating and communicating with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.

This is the right job for you if you:

Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company;

Have communicative Polish skills;

Possess strong task delegation, planning, and organizational skills;

Are proficient in MS Office;

Are familiar with Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Protection (PPOŻ) regulations;

Stand out with strong communication skills and enjoy working with others;

Are capable of making independent and quick decisions;

Demonstrate high personal culture and professionalism;

Are open to shift work (including night shifts).
