Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a proactive warehouse supervisor to oversee Line Haul operations and ensure timely loading, unloading, and sorting of shipments across courier routes. You will manage staff, delegate tasks, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain safety and efficiency.

The role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse or courier setting, strong Polish communication, MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of BHP and PPOŻ regulations. Shift work, including nights, is available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or courier role.
• Communicative Polish skills.
• Strong delegation, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Protection (PPOŻ) regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient, timely loading/unloading of Line Haul operations at the Depot.
• Ensure accurate and timely sorting of shipments for courier routes.
• Handle damaged shipments per procedures and safety rules.
• Report on the condition of the sorter and other equipment to maintain operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.

Job description

Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring efficient, timely loading and unloading of Line Haul operations at the Depot;

Ensuring accurate and timely sorting of shipments assigned to courier routes;

Handling damaged shipments in accordance with applicable procedures and safety regulations;

Reporting on the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity;

Actively cooperating and communicating with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency;

This is the right job for you if you:

Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company;

Have communicative Polish skills;

Possess strong task delegation, planning, and organizational skills;

Are proficient in MS Office;

Are familiar with Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Protection (PPOŻ) regulations;

Stand out with strong communication skills and enjoy working with others;

Are capable of making independent and quick decisions;

Demonstrate high personal culture and professionalism;

Are open to shift work (including night shifts).
