Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Łódź, Poland, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead unloading and loading for linehaul operations and ensure accurate sorting for courier routes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar courier role.
• Ability to delegate tasks, plan and organize work.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety (PPOŻ).
• Ability to make independent decisions and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and daily teamwork.
• High level of personal culture and professionalism.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

• Ensure accurate and on-time sorting of shipments assigned to courier delivery routes;
• Handle damaged parcels in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines;
• Report the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity;
• Collaborate and communicate actively with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.
  

This is the right job for you if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a courier company;
• Ability to delegate tasks, plan and organize work;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety regulations (PPOŻ);
• Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure;
• Strong communication skills and effective daily teamwork;
• High level of personal culture and professionalism;
• Openness to work in shifts.
