Job summary

Allegro in Poland is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Line Haul operations at the Depot, supervise staff, and ensure timely loading/unloading and accurate sorting of shipments.

You will coordinate with other departments, uphold Health & Safety regulations, and be comfortable with shift work including nights; 2+ years in warehouse or courier, strong Polish, MS Office, and decisive, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company.
• Have communicative Polish skills.
• Possess strong task delegation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Are proficient in MS Office.
• Are familiar with Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Protection (PPOŻ) regulations.
• Stand out with strong communication skills and enjoy working with others.
• Are capable of making independent and quick decisions.
• Demonstrate high personal culture and professionalism.
• Are open to shift work (including night shifts).
