Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Choroszcz to oversee unloading/loading of linehaul operations, ensure timely sorting of shipments, and maintain safety and quality across the depot.

You will lead warehouse staff, delegate tasks, monitor equipment, and collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional efficiency. The role requires at least 2 years in a similar setting, good MS Office skills, and a commitment to health, safety, and shift work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or courier company.
• Ability to delegate tasks, plan and organize work.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety regulations (PPOŻ).
• Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and effective daily teamwork.
• High level of personal culture and professionalism.
• Openness to work in shifts.
