Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Poland is seeking a warehouse operations specialist to supervise staff and ensure efficient unloading and loading of linehaul at the depot, while guaranteeing accurate sorting for courier routes.

You will report on equipment condition, collaborate across departments, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. The role offers career growth and training opportunities within Allegro's dynamic team.

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure the efficient and timely unloading and loading of linehaul operations at the depot.
• Ensure accurate and on-time sorting of shipments assigned to courier delivery routes.
• Handle damaged parcels in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate and communicate actively with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.
