What you'll do:

• Coordinate platform resource availability and ensure reliable service operations;
• Ensure smooth operational workflows and maintain incident documentation;
• Maintain constant synchronization with the Operations team, providing necessary Treasury inputs;
• Provide ad-hoc data gathering and assist inCash Flow management when required.

Your expertise:

• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and organizational skills;
• Hardworking with a readiness to assist when needed;
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Willingness to work rotating shifts: 6.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00, 22.00-6.00;
• Willingness to work in the office (Warsaw).

It would be great if you also have:

• Previous experience working with financial systems;
• Familiarity with handling large volumes ofdata.
