About the role

With the ever-growing number of clients and suppliers around the world we need a smart specialist who will be able to work together with the rest of the team to ensure financial stability in the company. We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operation Specialist to join our team in Cracow office.

What you’ll do

• Verify the accuracy of internal financial postings and report any discrepancies.


• Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring a high level of matching across Group entities.


• Perform daily activities in intercompany and financial management systems, including AARO and CoProcessNetting.


• Manage and resolve queries related to intercompany processes and transactions.


• Prepare reconciliations, supporting documentation, and reports for financial audit purposes.


• Collaborate closely with internal finance teams, including Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR).


• Support treasury operations, including manual payment processing, In-House Banking (IHB) activities, TEF processing, Cashforce administration, and forecasting.

Your qualifications

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline


• Solid professional experience in finance and/or accounting


• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)


• A detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills


• The ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders


• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success


• Familiarity with SAP, which would be an asset


• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
