Serendipity Labs in Warszawa, Poland seeks an Operations Coordinator to drive lab operations, events, and member experience. You will manage partnerships, tours, onboarding, invoicing, and ensure systems run smoothly to deliver upscale experiences for members and guests.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality leadership, strong customer service, organization, and IT basics. It offers a fast-paced environment with events, budgeting, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a hospitality-driven environment (hotels, retail).
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong organizational abilities; able to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Community: plan monthly member events and partner with external organizations to boost brand awareness.
• Member Experience: staff reception as needed and resolve member issues while maintaining high service levels.
• Lab Operations: manage invoicing, inventory, onboarding, and ensure labs are well-presented and systems run smoothly.
• Meetings & Events: own service delivery for bookings and coordinate catering and setup with teams.
• Team Leadership: train and coach Experience Coordinators and support their professional growth.
