Flowable is a leading provider of intelligent process and case automation solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to support our Operations team and work closely with our VP of Operations.

You will support administration, contract management, data integrity, and reporting across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to drive operational excellence and scalable success. The role offers remote-friendly conditions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience in contract management and billing processes.
Strong data accuracy and reporting skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Operations Support: manage end-to-end order processing, contract support, project creation in systems, and customer onboarding.
Billing & Financial Support: prepare invoices, support revenue tracking, reporting, and KPI overviews, assist month-end checks.
Data & Systems: ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and Workday; assist forecasting, budget tracking, and order backlog oversight.
Cross-Team Coordination & Administrative Support: collaborate with Sales, CSM, Professional Services, Legal, and Finance; handle emails.
