Maersk is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive change across Logistics & Services. You will work across functions to deploy The Maersk Way, focusing on performance management, problem-solving, and sustainable improvements.

You will lead workshops, coach teams, and collaborate with Operations, Product, Finance, and Sales to deliver measurable business outcomes and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement environments.
• Exposure to Operational Excellence, Lean, Kaizen, process improvement, performance management, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• The ability to influence and build relationships across different levels of an organization.
• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a passion for delivering results.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Operational Excellence across Logistics & Services.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead workshops focused on process improvement, performance optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Help teams identify root causes, remove barriers, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support the implementation of performance management routines and governance frameworks.
• Help teams define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Use operational insights and data to identify opportunities and drive action.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, and Digital teams.
