Job summary

Maersk in Poland is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to ensure smooth shipment execution by following standard processes, meeting customer requirements, and achieving service level targets. You will act as a key customer contact and drive continuous improvement through collaboration and operational excellence.

You will build visual management, implement improvement initiatives, including Kaizens and cost-saving projects, and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 2–5+ years in logistics, customer operations, or finance operations.
• Willing to work onsite on day shift; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive process optimization via automation and data-driven tools.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations and standards.
• Lead onboarding and train new team members; support cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain SOPs and SLAs; meet KPIs.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment execution with stakeholders.
