Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, process improvement, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of The Maersk Way across Logistics & Services.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead workshops focused on process improvement, performance optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Identify root causes, remove barriers, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support governance, KPI definition, monitoring, and improvement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
