Job summary

Experis is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer in Gdańsk, Poland. The role covers direct, on-the-ground support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets in a 100% onsite environment.

You will assist in incident resolution, manage asset lifecycles, and collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors while ensuring adherence to IT policies and security procedures. English proficiency at B2 or higher is required, with at least 2 years of IT support experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of IT hardware, asset management, and basic networking (LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN).
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Support workplace technologies, IT infrastructure, and corporate applications.
• Perform IMACD activities, hardware lifecycle management, and asset administration.
• Assist in incident resolution and cooperate with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security requirements, and operational procedures.
