Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Specialist/Manager for the Poland AP-1000 project, onsite in Gdansk. You will lead investigations, intake processing, and COI disclosures, ensuring compliance with Polish/EU law and Bechtel policies while coordinating with Legal and project leadership.

The role emphasizes training, risk analysis, data monitoring, and fostering an open speak-up culture across a multinational workforce.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Ethics & Compliance disciplines; familiarity with Polish and EU law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to identify trends.
• Willingness to travel to Poland AP-1000 Project offices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, case management platforms, and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, conduct, and oversee Ethics & Compliance investigations from intake to closure.
• Manage employee intakes, helpline follow-ups, and disclosures.
• Coordinate with project leadership and Legal on high-risk cases.
• Deliver onboarding and recurring training on Code of Conduct and reporting expectations.
• Monitor data, trends, and prepare summaries for leadership.
