Job summary

MSD Poland is hiring an Oncology Healthcare Manager to oversee hospital accounts and optimize the oncology patient pathway. You will map processes, identify gaps, and align opportunities with our strategic priorities and solutions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and fluency in Polish and English. You will lead workshops, analyze data, and collaborate across functions to drive faster diagnosis and treatment timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital account management or hospital exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to identify customer needs and craft simple, effective solutions.
• Knowledge of hospital processes and decision-making.
• Healthcare environment understanding, especially oncology.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital accounts and stakeholders in the patient pathway.
• Work with Commercial Team to clarify representative responsibilities.
• Identify gaps in patient pathways and link to strategic priorities.
• Deliver workshops to map and optimize oncology pathways at account level.
• Analyze data to measure impact of decisions and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate insights.
• Communicate effectively to ensure successful collaborations.
• Support implementation of action plans at hospitals.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes of solutions.
