Job summary

MSD in Warsaw seeks a Healthcare Team Lead to guide a team of Healthcare Managers across oncology indications, improving treatment rates and removing patient pathway and capacity barriers.

You will translate franchise priorities into disciplined execution, drive patient access programs and system transformation, and collaborate with regional partners to ensure measurable patient and system impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business required; Master's degree or advanced clinical/scientific degree strongly preferred.
• Strong people leadership capability, including coaching, prioritization, performance management, capability building.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Healthcare Managers by setting clear priorities and building capability.
• Translate Oncology Healthcare Franchise priorities into account-level execution.
• Drive pathway optimization and system readiness initiatives addressing diagnosis, referral, treatment initiation, capacity, and access barriers.
• Coordinate Patient Access Program approvals and related processes for selected indications and new molecules.
• Enable Healthcare Managers to identify barriers, shape partnerships, and deliver scalable solutions.
