MSD Polska is seeking a Healthcare Team Lead within the Oncology Healthcare Franchise to lead and develop a team of Healthcare Managers across oncology indications, improving treatment rates and enabling timely access to innovation.

You will translate franchise priorities into execution, drive pathway optimization, coordinate Patient Access Program approvals, and partner with cross-functional teams to align national programs with local account needs, while traveling up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven leadership in healthcare or oncology-related initiatives.
• Experience translating franchise priorities into execution with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Healthcare Managers across oncology indications.
• Translate franchise priorities into account-level execution and manage regional environments.
• Drive pathway optimization and system readiness addressing diagnosis, referral, and access barriers.
• Coordinate Patient Access Program approvals and related operational processes.
• Partner across functions to surface risks, scale opportunities, and align national programs with local needs.
