Job summary

TP in Poznań seeks contractors for social media registration support. You will assist companies with the registration process, contact agencies for next steps, and communicate in Spanish and English. The role requires fluent Spanish (C1) and very good English (B2).

Services run 16:00–22:00, Monday–Friday, from our central Poznań office. Estimated involvement is at least 140 hours per month with flexible scheduling according to contractor availability.

Job description

We are creating a space on a well-known social media platform - we receive reports, react and act! We are looking for people who want to have a real impact on how the Internet looks.

• Supporting companies throughout the registration process with a social media client.
• Contacting agencies that have started the registration process and assisting them with next steps.
• Communicating in Spanish and English.
• Fluent knowledge of Spanish (min. C1) and very good knowledge of English (min. B2).
• Estimated monthly involvement of a minimum of 140 hours, with the possibility to independently plan the timing of service delivery in line with the Contractor’s availability and agreed needs.
• Services are delivered between 16:00-22:00, Monday to Friday.
• Good organization of own tasks and attention to detail.
• Openness to providing services from our office in the city centre of Poznań.
