Job summary

TP is seeking an Onboarding Leads Agent with Portuguese in Poznań to support companies through the registration process using a social media client. You will coordinate with agencies to advance next steps and communicate in Portuguese and English.

The role requires fluent Portuguese (C1) and strong English (B2), about 160 hours per month, with a 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday schedule. Office-based work in the city centre of Poznań is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of Portuguese (min. C1) and very good knowledge of English (min. B2).
• Estimated monthly involvement of approximately 160 hours, with the possibility to independently plan the timing of service delivery in line with the Contractor’s availability and agreed needs.

Our requirements

• Services are delivered within 8:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
• Good organization of own tasks and attention to detail.
• Openness to providing services from our office in the city centre of Poznań.
