Job summary

Choice in Warsaw is seeking an Onboarding Manager to guide new restaurant clients through a structured setup and ensure they realize value from day one.

You will be the primary partner for clients, coordinating integrations with POS and delivery platforms, training users, and keeping projects on schedule.

Fluency in Polish and Ukrainian, plus English (B2+), and a proactive, communicative mindset are essential; a background in Customer Success or SaaS onboarding is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation roles.
• Fluent in Polish and Ukrainian; English minimum B2 for internal communication.
• Tech-savvy with ability to explore software interfaces and troubleshoot.
• Strong communicator who can explain technical details clearly.
• Proactive, client-focused, and able to drive onboarding success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding to promote product adoption.
• Educate and train clients on product functionality and value realization.
• Coordinate integrations with clients’ POS systems and third-party tools.
• Manage onboarding timelines and milestones.
• Escalate technical issues to the dev team for timely resolution.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success Manager with full context.
• Minimize early-stage churn by addressing objections and adoption challenges.
• Identify upsell opportunities during onboarding to boost value and bonuses.
