Job summary

easySales, a multichannel SaaS platform, seeks a Polish-speaking Onboarding Manager to guide new merchants from signup to their first real sale. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support to remove blockers and ensure smooth daily operations on the platform.

Responsibilities include running onboarding calls, setting up accounts and integrations, and improving documentation based on merchant feedback. English is used for internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Polish speaker for daily merchant conversations.
• Good working English for internal collaboration.
• Proficient with AI workflows and prompts.
• Customer onboarding or client-facing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding calls and training sessions for new Polish merchants.
• Guide merchants through account setup, marketplace integrations, and logistics configuration.
• Resolve onboarding blockers — coordinate with Support and Engineering when needed.
• Track each merchant’s progress to their first real sales through easySales.
• Improve onboarding documentation and processes based on patterns across merchants.
