Job summary
Sii Poland is seeking a Control Room Operator for our client in Germany's modern logistics network. You will monitor material flow, oversee automated warehouse systems, and collaborate with maintenance and WMS specialists to keep operations running smoothly.
The role requires at least 3 years in warehouse logistics, WMS knowledge, and fluent English and German. On-site work in Germany is expected, with opportunities to engage across cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics or intralogistics.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse processes.
- Fluent in English (B2) and German for on-site operations in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Monitor materials flow and logistics processes in automated warehouse systems.
- Operate and continuously control systems supporting the distribution center.
- Analyze alarms, incidents, and reports affecting warehouse continuity.
- Coordinate activities between operations, maintenance, and WMS specialists.
- Escalate operational issues and support repairs and optimization.
