Job summary

Sii Poland is recruiting a Control Room Operator to support a client delivering modern logistics and automated distribution centers in Germany. You will monitor material flow, analyze incidents, and coordinate with maintenance and WMS specialists to ensure continuous warehouse operations.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse logistics, WMS knowledge, fluent English and strong German, and willingness to work on-site in Germany.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse logistics, intralogistics, or similar operational role.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse processes.
• Experience coordinating operational activities and collaborating with technical teams.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Very good German enabling fluent communication in work environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Germany.

For our client implementing projects in modern logistics and warehouse automation, we are looking for a Control Room Operator. You will join a team responsible for overseeing logistics processes at the client's logistics facilities in Germany, in modern, automated distribution centers. Your task will be to monitor material flow, analyze operational events, and collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure warehouse continuity and efficiency. Your tasks

• Monitoring the flow of materials and logistics processes in automated warehouse systems
• Operation and ongoing control of systems supporting the functioning of the distribution center
• Analysis of alarms, operational incidents, and reports affecting warehouse continuity
• Coordinating activities between operational teams, maintenance technicians, and WMS specialists
• Escalating operational issues and supporting repair and optimization activities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, intralogistics, or a similar operational role
