Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers to support client logistics facilities in Germany, focusing on the maintenance and development of automated logistics centers to ensure reliable transport and storage systems.

You will diagnose and repair failures, perform preventive actions, and collaborate with technicians during shifts at client sites in Germany. This role requires English or German proficiency and willingness to work on-site in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, technical service, or industrial automation.
• Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, monorail systems, or similar warehouse automation installations.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Communicative knowledge of English or German enabling work in an international environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems.
• Perform scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions.
• Ensure continuous operation of material transport and storage systems.
• Analyze failure causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with operators and technical teams during shift work at the clients facility.
