Job summary
Sii Poland is recruiting a Control Room Operator to support a client delivering modern logistics and automated distribution centers in Germany. You will monitor material flow, analyze incidents, and coordinate with maintenance and WMS specialists to ensure continuous warehouse operations.
The role requires 3+ years in warehouse logistics, WMS knowledge, fluent English and strong German, and willingness to work on-site in Germany.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse logistics, intralogistics, or similar operational role.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse processes.
- Experience coordinating operational activities and collaborating with technical teams.
- English proficiency at least B2.
- Very good German enabling fluent communication in work environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the flow of materials and logistics processes in automated warehouse systems.
- Operate and maintain control room systems supporting the distribution center.
- Analyze alarms, incidents, and reports affecting warehouse continuity.
- Coordinate activities between operational teams, maintenance technicians, and WMS specialists.
- Escalate operational issues and support repair and optimization activities.
