Job summary

Sii Poland recruits a Control Room Operator to oversee automated warehouse operations for a client in Germany. You will monitor material flow, analyze events, and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure continuous, efficient distribution center performance.

Fluent German and English (B2) are required, with on-site work in Germany. A minimum of 3 years in warehouse logistics and WMS experience is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics or intralogistics.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience coordinating activities with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material flow and logistics processes in automated warehouses.
• Operate and control systems supporting distribution center functions.
• Analyze alarms and incidents affecting warehouse continuity.
• Coordinate activities between operations, maintenance and WMS specialists.
• Escalate issues and support repair and optimization actions.
