Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Control Room Operator to oversee automated distribution centers in Germany. You will monitor material flow, analyze incidents, and coordinate with maintenance and WMS specialists to ensure continuous warehouse operations.

Requirements include 3+ years in warehouse logistics, WMS knowledge, strong English (B2) and German fluency, and willingness to work on-site in Germany.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, intralogistics, or a similar operational role.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse processes.
• Experience in coordinating operational activities and collaborating with technical teams.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Very good command of German enabling fluent communication in the work environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the flow of materials and logistics processes in automated warehouse systems
• Operation and ongoing control of systems supporting the functioning of the distribution center
• Analysis of alarms, operational incidents, and reports affecting warehouse continuity
• Coordinating activities between operational teams, maintenance technicians, and WMS specialists
• Escalating operational issues and supporting repair and optimization activities
