Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Control Room Operator to oversee automated distribution centers in Germany. You will monitor material flow, analyze incidents, and coordinate with maintenance and WMS specialists to ensure continuous warehouse operations.

Requirements include 3+ years in warehouse logistics, WMS knowledge, strong English (B2) and German fluency, and willingness to work on-site in Germany.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, intralogistics, or a similar operational role.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse processes.
• Experience in coordinating operational activities and collaborating with technical teams.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Very good command of German enabling fluent communication in the work environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Germany.

You will join a team responsible for overseeing logistics processes at the client’s logistics facilities in Germany, in modern, automated distribution centers. Your task will be to monitor material flow, analyze operational events, and collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure warehouse continuity and efficiency.

Your tasks
