E‑Frontiers in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join on-site in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will act as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring the smooth operation of critical infrastructure and coordinating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on support across Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management and enterprise technology, with a focus on delivering reliable service and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in on-site technical support, preferably within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience with Endpoint Management, Device Deployment and AV troubleshooting.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as a primary technical contact for the client, providing hands-on, on-site support.
• Monitor system health and performance, carry out routine maintenance and updates.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, identifying root causes and escalating when required.
• Manage incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted technical contact.
• Collaborate with wider technology teams on system upgrades and testing.
