Job summary

Options Technology Ltd. is seeking an On-Site Technical Support Engineer in Warsaw to support our options trading technology platform and client technology teams. You will work closely with the client’s IT staff to ensure seamless operation of critical systems.

The role requires a technical degree and 1–2 years of on-site support experience in financial services, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication. Travel opportunities and a dynamic, global team await.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
1-2 years on-site technical support in the financial services industry.
Strong troubleshooting and calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

On-Site Technical Support: primary contact for the client, on-site support for trading tech systems.
System Monitoring and Maintenance: monitor health and performance, perform updates and config changes.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: diagnose and resolve issues and escalate when needed.
Incident Management: respond to incidents per SLAs and document resolutions.
Client Relationship Management: build relationships and act as a technical adviser to the client.
System Enhancements and Upgrades: collaborate on upgrades and testing.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: conduct training and share best practices.
