Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or HR.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and NEOGOV preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment life cycle to meet business objectives.
• Advise hiring managers and senior leadership on success profiles and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to attract and retain talent.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to improve recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor market trends to identify proactive talent initiatives.
• Maintain thorough candidate records and generate reports.
