Job summary

Avon is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple markets. You will support hiring managers and People teams to attract and hire great talent, managing the full lifecycle from briefing to offer and onboarding, in a fast‑paced global environment.

This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract with potential extension. You will build diverse pipelines, partner with agencies, and ensure accurate data using Workday while promoting inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 1 year of end‑to‑end recruitment experience across multiple markets.
• Strong sourcing skills with a candidate‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with ATS systems, ideally Workday.
• Experience with GBS roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a focus on a great candidate experience.
• Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles and global markets.
• Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and advise on best practice.
• Building diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, job boards, and social media.
• Supporting employer branding campaigns and recruitment events.
• Managing relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners.
• Maintaining accurate data and tracking recruitment activity using Workday.
• Monitoring recruitment metrics and providing insights on hiring performance.
• Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment.
• Collaborating with global People teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Contributing to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
