Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an offshore wind coordinator to manage SOV/JUB marine, helicopter and offshore activities on a year-long contract with a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation. You will support daily planning, logistics, crew changes, and port calls while liaising with contractors, vessel crews, and onshore teams.

Ideal candidates have offshore wind experience, vessel management skills, full GWO certifications, and Polish health/BHP certificates.

Qualifications

• At least offshore wind experience.
• Maritime/vessel management experience preferred.
• Full GWO certifications.
• Polish medical fitness certificate (badania medycyny pracy) and BHP certification.
• IOSH certification preferred.
• English level C1+.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SOV/JUB marine, helicopter and offshore activities
• Support daily planning, logistics, crew changes and port calls
• Liaise with contractors, vessel crews and onshore/offshore teams
• Coordinate cargo movements and operational reporting
• Support SIMOPS and ensure compliance with site procedures and SOMS
• Promote and maintain a strong offshore safety culture
