Job summary

Siemens Gamesa in Poland seeks an Operations Coordinator for offshore wind projects. You will handle goods receipt, inspection, and SAP-based stock movements, supporting on-site planning and marine coordination in a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation at the Ustka office.

The role requires an apprenticeship in logistics, fluent Polish, good English, advanced SAP skills, and at least two years of offshore experience; a forklift license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in logistics or equivalent
• Fluent Polish and good English
• Advanced SAP skills
• Forklift license would be an asset
• At least 2 years offshore experience and knowledge of export of goods

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and register parts; pick, pack and transact in SAP.
• Maintain auditable stock movements per logistics concepts and regulatory requirements.
• Support on-site coordination, planning activities and marine coordination.
• Order tools and consumables; manage transfers and recertifications with suppliers.
• Ensure safety equipment is in date and certifications are available for inspections.
