Job summary

Baltic Power seeks an experienced Operations Coordinator to support the O&M team at our offshore wind site in Poland. You will coordinate interfaces across Site Operations, Asset Management, Finance, Procurement and other functions, ensuring timely reporting inputs and governance.

The role covers budget tracking, data consolidation, KPI reporting, coordination of planning and contractor onboarding, and maintaining robust operation documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations coordination, project support, contract administration or equivalent in industrial, energy or offshore sectors.
• Strong organisational, stakeholder management and reporting skills across Operations, Finance, Procurement and contractor organisations.
• Fluent Polish and English; proficient in Microsoft Office and business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces between Site Operations, Asset Management and Corporate Functions.
• Support operational budget tracking and cost control.
• Coordinate collection and consolidation of operational data and contractor inputs for reporting.
• Support implementation and follow-up of operational improvement initiatives.
• Maintain operational processes and ensure timely preparation of reporting inputs.
• Coordinate short-term operational planning and activities.
